[ROM][GWK74] CyanogenMod 7 [DEVELOPMENT ONLY]

I've been using this now half a day and so far I have not noticed any "new" issues what atinm and codeworkx hasn't already mentioned.
Some people say heptic feedback doesn't work properly. It's working perfectly fine for me. You can adjust the strength of the feedback under CM Settings -> Input -> Heptic Feedback Tweaks.
2G/3G switching is ok, but switching with a Power Control widget it's a bit buggy (didn't try notif. toggle).
Camera "HD" does record, but it's 720x480, so HD is not working as we know.
Pretty much nothing else yet, except pure awesomeness.
Oh yeah, and I managed to get my screen off CRT animation garbled once (like in all stock custom ROMs). I don't know what caused it, but it looks like we are still going to suffer from it more or less.
A good old reboot solved it, and it hasn't reappeared.

No. I use a task manager to switch between apps... but no task killer. And what about getting english and italian languages on stock keyboard¿ i can only get the locale one. And what’s wrong with question mark¿

I cant select other kbds because when i check it it remains unticked on kbd settings

But did you guys enable it using Cyanogen Mod out of curiosity?
Time to change habits and switch between apps using long press home button.

Im not asking translarion ... its a kbd bug
I cant switch languages and charactwrs are wrong
Edit: even home button doesnt work. Background app gets killed when it shouldnt and cant use apostrophe cos i get this: ’

This is really awesome work guys
I remember the first nightly on the nexus s, it was weeks before we got access to cyanogenmod settings and it was officially supported!
So fast aswell, gonna charge when I get home and see how I get on

How did you achieve the OC I try to load my Tegrak Ultimate and I get an can not load module error.?

It worked when I initially flashed it but after a reboot it's stopped working again ;( It must be incompatibility with something on the internals. Well, it is an AOSP ROM
I have zero problems, no overheating, no charing problems, no FC's, no camera FC's, nothing. Everything works except the issues at hand. Its perfect.
Not sure what some people did, however I can list the steps exactly what I did.
Coming from Infusion 1.5, using CWM app, flashed the zImage from codeworkx with 4.0.1.0 recovery. then rebooted back into recovery, wiped data, cache, dalvik and went into storage and mounts and formated system. I did this twice, just to make sure it was clean, Flashed cm7, then gapps, booted up within 1 minute, no boot loops, no stuck at the Galaxy screen nothing. Was a perfect experience
I must say having this on my SGS2 just makes it 100% better
Hope this helps anyone having problems.

I overclocked on this ROM as a test to see how the overheating would go, as it's a nightly I wanted to test for stability.
I know for a fact I don't need to overclock it. It is EXTREMELY fast.
I'm using 2G ever since I installed CM7... Don't like keeping 3G on my phone... And haven't had that sort of problem even once...
When I first flashed it yesterday I loaded Tegrak and it let me load the module & overclock straight to 1.5ish, I then rebooted the next day to see that it doesn't let me anymore. Not sure why but it doesn't do it now, whatever I try

Just flashed this during my lunch break at work. downloaded kernel post a few pages back and the ROM for one of the mirrors
Coming from Cognitions everything went perfect, fast boot time i have seen when flashing a new ROM.
Downloaded the gapps pack and flashed it in cwr, on boot i got the prompt to enter my google details, this process also gave me the market back.
Download titanium backup and ran to restore all my backed up app, all installed perfectly with data intact.
Two questions,
1. Is .mp4 the best video format to use at this time?
2. Does the phone now always have to be on to charge? turned off phone and plugging in the charger turns it on automaticly.
looking forward to playing about on it more later, thank you for all your work.

We've introduced something special, what we're calling "GarbageCollector".
It takes care of photos you've stored on your external sdcard. If a photo wasn't accessed for some time it get's magically deleted for you because you don't need it anymore. This results in much more free space on your phone, you can use for things you really need. So don't cry about the deleted photos, you don't need it anyway. You don't have do care about it anymore, we're doing it for you. Just use it and everything will be fine.
